About
As a real estate investor, Kristen understands the vital role that a loan officer plays in home-ownership. She has been in the position of the borrower countless times. It was actually through her experiences as an investor that she became inspired to dedicate her full attention to a career as a loan officer; determined to improve industry standards and customer experiences one loan at a time. Nothing is more frustrating than finding a great deal and then not being able to fund it. We have access to over 250 lenders to help our fellow investors obtain financing through a diverse portfolio of loan options to fit nearly any borrowing scenario.
Kristen's personal investment portfolio is still expanding, but focuses on buy and hold homes in Indianapolis (her home town!). Outside of real estate, her professional background has included working as a producer for a live nationally televised sports entertainment company and overseeing operations for a global textile company. In her free time she enjoys tennis, pro-wrestling, staying up to date with financial markets and crypto currencies, and playing with her dog Daffodil.
